Service area

We provide mobile car washing within Madinah and its districts. Locations outside that area are agreed in advance and may carry a different price, stated before we start.

Booking and appointments

Bookings are made by WhatsApp or the booking form and are confirmed once we reply. We keep the agreed arrival window and tell you immediately if there is a delay. No deposit is required.

Cancellation and changes

To cancel or move an appointment, tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we will reschedule subject to availability. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed place and time so the visit is not wasted for either side.

Pricing and payment

Published prices include VAT and are set by vehicle class. Exceptional cases — baked mud, heavy sand, paint or tar transfer, or severe interior soiling — are quoted before work begins. Payment is made after the service in cash, by bank transfer or via a payment wallet.

Packages

The 4-wash and 8-wash packages are paid once and priced by vehicle size class. How the package is used and for how long is agreed with you on WhatsApp at the time of purchase.

Customer responsibilities

Please remove personal and valuable items from the vehicle before we arrive, especially ahead of interior work. We are not responsible for items left in the car. Please also tell us in advance about existing defects in paint or upholstery, loose parts, or damaged wraps.

Quality and guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the result, tell the technician before they leave and we will redo it during the same visit. If you notice something afterwards, message us on WhatsApp and we will follow up with you.

Limits of service

We are not liable for damage arising from a pre-existing condition such as failing paint, existing deep scratches, perished seals, lifting wrap edges or known leaks. Where any of these exist we tell you before starting and agree how to proceed.

Weather

We may postpone an appointment during dust storms or heavy rain, and will contact you to reschedule at the earliest suitable time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies.
