How Shifra Wash handles your data: what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
We're a simple field service and we don't run complex databases. The data we need is what you send us when booking: your name, mobile number, vehicle type, district or location, and preferred time.
The booking form on this site
The booking form does not send your details to any server. It assembles what you type into a ready WhatsApp message that opens on your own device, and you choose whether to send it. If you don't send it, nothing reaches us.
Why we use your data
- To confirm your appointment and reach your location.
- To contact you before arrival and after the service.
- To issue an invoice on request.
- To track your package balance if you hold one.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or share it with marketers. We don't send repeated promotional messages unless you ask. We never store payment card details, because payment is in cash or by direct transfer.
Local storage and cookies
We don't use advertising trackers. Your browser may keep a copy of your last booking request on your device alone to make repeating it easier; clearing your browser data removes it. We may use anonymised analytics to see which pages are visited most.
Photographs
We may photograph our work for this site or our social accounts. We never publish number plates or anything identifying an owner, and you can ask us not to photograph your car at all.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete or correct your data, or to stop contacting you, by WhatsApp message to 0548191554. We act on it immediately.
