Shifra Wash is a mobile car wash in Madinah that started with one vehicle and a stack of clean towels. Here's how we work and why we refuse shortcuts.

The idea, simply

Shifra Wash is a mobile car wash in Madinah. You don't drive to a wash bay — we come to you: your driveway, in front of the villa, your tower car park or your workplace. We arrive with the water tank, equipment and products, so we need neither water nor power from you.

What we offer is deliberately short: the car wash, the interior polish package, and the 4- and 8-wash packages. No long menus and no complicated add-ons — four options at published prices across three size classes.

What the name means

"Shifra" means the code — the method by which a problem gets solved. Washing a car isn't improvisation; it's a specific order of known steps: rinse before contact, work top down, separate tools for wheels, dry before the sun does. Someone who knows the order gets an excellent result with simple tools. Someone who doesn't won't be saved by the most expensive product on the shelf.

How we work

Fresh towels for every car. A towel used on a previous car never touches yours. This isn't a detail — it's the number one cause of scratched paint.
Automotive products only. pH-neutral shampoo. No household soap, no dish liquid, however much cheaper they are.
Genuine water efficiency. A self-contained system using a limited quantity, because wasting water in this city isn't an option.
Published pricing. What's on the price list is what you pay. Any exception is agreed before we start, never after we finish.
Respect for time. The slot we give is the slot we keep, and if we're running late you hear it immediately, not half an hour afterwards.

What we don't do

We don't promise a wash in 15 minutes, because that isn't enough time for a proper pre-rinse. We don't use glossy oil dressings, because they attract dust and throw reflections onto the windscreen. And we don't seal protection over paint that isn't clean. Sometimes we tell a customer their car doesn't need the service they asked for — that costs us less than an unhappy customer.

The team

Every technician knows the same sequence and uses the same products, because the result has to be identical on every visit — one scratched car is worth ten customers who never come back.
